Colleges Failing to Develop Critical Thinking Skills
Douglas Belkin reports in the Wall Street Journal that many colleges are failing to develop critical thinking skills. According to the results of the CLA+, a standardized test measuring analytical reasoning and problem solving, students at many universities are showing little improvement between freshmen and senior years. Peerceptiv helps universities develop critical thinking skills and scale learning by engaging students in the role of teacher to their classmates.
